J'appelle pour leur service internet par cable. 22$ pour envoyer l'Êquipement ok ... Je dois attendre le technicien de VidÊotron, je prend un après midi de congÊ pour attendre.... Surprise le technicien ne peu pas procÊder a l'installation car il ta pas la bonne adresse, j'avais spÊcifiÊ le suffixe A. Non merci j'ai pas de temps a perdre surtout pas un salaire de 4h encore. Je vais aller ailleurs.... Frais de 50$ pour annuler. MÊchante compagnie de tout croche et voleur
5 ans 1/2 chez eux. Des deconexions tout le temps, du materiel cheap reusinĂŠ qui tombe en panne tous les mois...apres avoir recu 7 routeurs tous defectueux j'en ai eu assez : je me barre ailleurs ! En plus sont pas accomodants avec les clients : je leur ai proposĂŠ une solution pour resoudre mon probleme mais leur reponse fut ''la direction ne veut pas blablabla'''. Ok bye bye.
suite a un dĂŠmĂŠnagement, il m'oblige a renouveller pour 2 ans, je les avises que j'accepte mais que je ne renouvelle plus avec eux. j'appel pour me dĂŠsabonner il me menace que j'ai renouvellĂŠ pour 3 ans et sans possibilitĂŠs d'annuler Voici la rĂŠpone. Votre service est sous contrat jusquâau 30 avril 2026, donc il vous reste 33 mois et les frais de rĂŠsiliation sont de $1617 + taxes (33 mois *49$) une belle gangs ***********

Client depuis au moins 10 ans. Bon service à la clientèle malgrÊ leur tarif qui commencent à d'être dispendieux. J'ai changÊ pour un autre fournisseur internet et leur modem à sautÊ après 2 jours alors pu d'internet calice et j'attend le technicien pour un nouveau modem. J'ai rebranchez le modem b2b2c et j'ai internet quand même après la cession de l'abonnement je crois que b2b2c laisse quelques jours d'internet pour être sur que ça va bien. Si c'est le cas merci.
