Always great service, great local company. So I’m glad not to be dealing with headaches and horrendous service from the big corporate providers. Was switching around some hardware on the weekend and left a message. Expecting to hear back sometime next following week, but the owner called a few minutes later on a Sunday. Reliable Internet without the headaches.

Affordable, but the customer service is dodgy and poor. Seems to like blaming the customer for they're lack of support.

Abysmal speeds, nonsense service. Don't bother. **edit - Responses from the owner that attempt to deflect show extreme unprofessionalism. My roommate was signed up for your services, and I utilized them for two years. Take the criticism and try and improve your services.

I have had shaw and telus both of these providers will say you get a certain speed and I always received about 1/3 or less of what they promised. So I came to expect the same with Ispeed this was not the case I got exactly the speed he said. Very pleased with the service especially since I live in a rural area I can stream hd on multiple devices and game seamlessly. He had returned my calls same day and was very pleasant the setup was quick and he asked if it was okay that he train a new employee before coming to setup. If you live in a rural area or are sick of telus and shaw I highly recommend ispeed great experience.

Good company with solid internet and VOIP phone service. If you are sick of Shaw and Telus I would recommend ispeed they have been providing our service for years without any issues.

Most of the time can get ahold of someone and problem gets fixed as fast as possible. Speed I realy great and so is the sevice. But nothing runs perfect all the time with any internet service. But always quick and friendly service

Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Internet speed sucks. And took 2 payments off my credit card. Do not recommend at all.
