Had to come up to cancel accounts and clean up my fathers apartment. Came here from Victoria BC . Trying to close account I had to send email multiple times as a different woman had to check the in box . No mention or empathy for my dads passing , ling silence while waiting to see if my email made it . Then had to drop the digital box but no one informed me itâs in a bell retail store not the big offices downtown in Whitehorse. Need some sensitivity training and the staff seemed either new or just lacking plain old customer service skills . Very transactional. Glad I donât have to deal with you guys . Hopefully Telus or Rogers will spice up the monopoly. Jan Baumbach

Northwestel is a joke. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Even worse then bell somehow.
The manager and the staff needs to learn more on how to talk to people.
Retail outlet is a difficult space to endure. Loud boomy box and difficult to communicate while you can hear the full volume of other customer's conversations with agents. Paid my accounts on time for 7 years and after moving was required to pay the security deposit again, which is ridiculous and baffling. But with limited choices, what can one do?
The internet monopolists of the Yukon. Cut the overhead and lower the prices or let the competition in. staff is usually ok, sometimes not.
