Ordered this wifi service in April, we later found out it could not be installed at our address so called to cancel. I was told they would send a return label for their equipment (that was never opened once), return label never showed up so I phoned 3 times for an update on it and was reassured that if they have to send another label it would be no issue. Eventually getting another one sent out, I had it mailed out as soon as I got that label in the original packaging still sealed. They then took $225.94 out of my account and will not be refunding the whole amount due to a âre-stock feeâ because the modem came in late. I was told by a supervisor that I got an email with an electronic copy, after searching through all inboxes this email was never received. Nonetheless out of all the phone calls I made no one once mentioned I could have gotten an electronic copy of the label, if I knew this I would have had the modem sent out the same day. No accountability from the company, still awaiting my partial refund weeks later. Money grab.
