Internet speeds are good. Have been trying for over 18 hours to get tech support. Internet has been down and can not get ahold of anyone. If I ever do I will be canceling my service.

This company has the slowest internet I have ever experienced. The wifi drops multiple times a day or a lot of the times will say not connected to the internet. Do not recommend whatsoever, worse then McDonaldâs wifi.
I have eyesurf internet for 7 year, the first 2 years is perfect after that nothing but problems, right now my internet has been out for 2 days and they tell me I have to wait 4 more days for a technician, this is unacceptable, absolutely no internet until then, this is no stars if I could put 0!!!
