An internet company who's customer service closes Saturday and Sunday??? I'll be switching on Monday to another provider.

I was referred to this company but unfortunately, it seems that they are not interested in business clients, as no one has reached out to me. As such, an alternative option seems best.

I really love their service and support. Out of all ISPs I deal with every day (I work for a Managed Service Provider) MNSI is the easiest to work with and their support if fast and knowledgeable.

Best ISP (Internet Service Provider), Home Phone Service (at an extremely cheap price when bundled), I HAVE EVER HAD! And they now have FULL BLOWN CABLE TV (also at an extremely cheap price when bundled), and I've been with Bell and Cogeco in the past, and their bundles and quality of service don't come close to how amazing MNSI truly is, and the best part is, they're locally owned and operated, so you're supporting a Windsor business and not some big nasty corporation that will lock you into contracts that cost hundreds to break. I have had MNSI for nearly 14 years now, when all they offered was DSL Unlimited Internet, when Unlimited Internet Bandwidth was either very hard to find or outrageously expensive. They now offer Fiber Internet with absolutely crazy speeds and unlimited usage/bandwidth, and for a lot less than their competitors and with much better customer service. When you call for help, someone from Windsor is answering your call and you typically don't wait long on the phone, if at all, to speak to someone. Not to mention the 24/7 technical support, who are so.patient.and knowledgeable, they can guide you through the perfect setup for your home. Speaking of technical support, in the 14 years I've been with MNSI, I only had to call them twice, and it wasn't because my Internet Service went down, it was because I had forgotten my login and the other time help setting up a new Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router. That said, in 14 years, the only times I can remember the Internet Service going down was if my power went out; otherwise I can't say I've really experienced a disconnection from the ISP itself, and if I have, it's only been for 5 minutes - nothing major or that would ruin your day. If you want the best, and you want to support local, then I can't praise MNSI enough! Definitely a must switch if you're even slightly unhappy with your current Internet, Phone, and/or Cable TV provider!
