Je commence a ĂŞtre vraiment dÊçue. Câest augmentation sur augmentation mais pas plus de services, jâai un petit forfait et je vais payer plus de 160$ Encore un beau gros 6$ le 1 et mars. Jâai lâimpression de financer les beaux forfaits de 60 mois que vous offrez aux nouveaux.JâĂŠtais contente dâencourager une compagnie locale mais il y a des limites. Je songe sĂŠrieusement Ă aller voir ailleurs..
Nouvelle expÊrience Sogetel, j'ai changÊ ma cotation de 1 Êtoile à 3 Êtoiles, je pourrais rÊÊvaluer au fur et a mesure que j'ai du service avec Sogetel. J'ai eu un problème au dÊbut qui, finalement Êtait dÝ à mon rÊseau Êlectrique de domicile, merci au technicien Jean-Claude qui a trouvÊ le vrai problème. Commencement de service dur mais qui s'est amÊliorÊ en cours de route!
Installation rapide et efficace du service par leur technicien, j'ai un internet WIFI qui fonctionne bien et qui aurait dit que j'aurais LA FIBRE chez moi si loin de MontrĂŠal ! Enfin un service de tĂŠlĂŠcommunication digne de MontrĂŠal, mais en campagne !
Je suis un nouvel abonnÊ de Sogetel,en tÊlÊvision mon Êpouse exigeait la chaine amÊricaine TLC,Impossible avec vous, incroyable,nous Êtions auparavant avec Shaw,Bell et Telus en GaspÊsie et cette chaine Êtait disponible partout,c'est très dommage.Avoir su on ne serait jamais abonnÊ avec vous et ce n'est pas certain que nous le serons longtemps.
